We start with a strategy call where I learn about your goals, training history, and schedule. From there I build your full program. We communicate weekly through check-ins — you send me updates and progress photos, I adjust the plan and give you feedback. You'll have direct access to me throughout.
Custom training program, personalized nutrition and macro targets, weekly check-ins, video form reviews, direct messaging access, and ongoing program adjustments. Everything is built specifically for you — no copy-paste programs.
Most clients start noticing changes within 4-6 weeks. Significant visible results typically come at the 8-12 week mark. This varies by goal — fat loss, muscle gain, and contest prep each have different timelines, which we'll set expectations for on your first call.
A commercial gym gives us the most tools to work with, but I can write programs around what you have available — home gym, limited equipment, travel, whatever. We'll cover this on your strategy call and I'll build accordingly.
Beginners make some of the best progress because everything is still an adaptation stimulus. I work with all levels — from first time in the gym to experienced lifters looking to compete. The program meets you where you are.
